Tandem
This bikeframe is carbon fiber with additional Kevlar in high stress points (head tube and chain stays) I made this before I got into recumbents
The gearing system for the bike is a SRAM 3X7 rear hub for 21 gear ratios
Captain and stoker are able to pedal independantly, Letting one rider pause
without disturbing the other riders cadence.
Braking is handled by V brakes
Rims are 700c The tires on it in the picture are 34mm wide.
Most of the riding I do on it now is on the road with 25mm tires.
I am designing a recumbent tandem for my next project.
